About NavRulesNavRules for Windows is a training program for learning the 72 COLREGS and the Inland Navigation Rules. Specifically, NavRules contains the complete set of light patterns, dayshapes, and sound signals that are listed in the United States Coast Guard Navigation Rules, International and Inland (COMDTINST M16672.2rDC).
